We're looking for a detail-oriented Catalogue Administrator to support the creation, maintenance, and optimisation of product and service catalogues. You'll ensure data is accurate, consistent, and accessible across internal systems, working closely with procurement, IT, and business teams to enable seamless catalogue processes and support data-driven decisions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintain and update product and service catalogue content across platforms
  • Ensure catalogue data is accurate, complete, and aligned with procurement and business needs
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to onboard and manage catalogue entries
  • Implement catalogue management processes and governance controls
  • Monitor catalogue performance and resolve data quality or pricing discrepancies
  • Support system configuration, integration, and enhancements related to catalogue tools
  • Generate reports and insights to support purchasing decisions and compliance
  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for catalogue management

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week – Hybrid working
