What you'll be doing...

  • Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service by welcoming customers and taking orders accurately
  • Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, following food safety standards
  • Keep the café, customer areas, and back-of-house clean, tidy, and well organised
  • Help with general cleaning, stock replenishment, and the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies
  • Support colleagues with a variety of day-to-day operational tasks as required
  • Operate equipment and basic machinery safely and in line with training
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent service, particularly during busy periods
