Lexington is an award-winning contract caterer that focuses on providing great food and service to customers. To do this, we need fabulous people and we work hard to create an environment where our team members feel engaged, inspired, valued, and enjoy what they do.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working at a prestigious site in the city of London.
- Preparing excellent food for a wide range of customers, from BBQ to street food, deli bar, and everything in between.
- Leading a section and winning the product and preparation.
- Ensuring the food is to the highest standard.
- Keeping the kitchen area always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked.
- Keeping up to date with menus and what food is on offer.
- Offering a warm and friendly service.
- Ensuring COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed.
