Working Hours and Pay: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 1:30pm, 25 hours per week, term time only. £16.00 per hour.

Position Overview: At Ormiston Endeavour Academy, part of Taylor Shaw, you will manage catering operations in a school and college environment. Elior is committed to safeguarding children and colleagues. Candidates shortlisted for this role will be required to have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including Children's Barred List, and two suitable references.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day catering operations and staff supervision
  • Support the delivery of high-quality food and beverage service
  • Help ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and hygiene standards
  • Assist with staff training, development, and performance monitoring
  • Support stock control, ordering, and budget management
  • Respond to customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and service delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team motivation

Qualifications:

  • Experience in catering or hospitality management, ideally in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
