The effective management of the Reception services. Providing support and guidance in the efficient and professional provision of reception, switchboard, helpdesk, administration and security services. Lead by example to provide a customer-focused reception service through the reception and security teams. Maintain health and safety standards in line with company policy. Organise schedules to ensure sufficient coverage, particularly during peak periods, and monitor the performance and appearance of all reception staff. Ensure all reception staff are dressed in the correct uniform and that their appearance enhances the business image. Foster cooperation and helpfulness with all other departments. Enhance skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development.
Working Pattern: Saturday & Sunday working 6:00am – 2:30pm.
