As a Bartender/Lounge Host, you’ll provide a warm, professional, and high‑quality service to guests in the exclusive club lounge area. You’ll ensure the environment is clean, welcoming, and well‑stocked while delivering attentive support to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a personalised and high‑standard service
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of the lounge at all times
- Prepare, serve, and replenish food and beverages throughout service periods
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests or queries
- Support with setting up and clearing down service areas efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and food hygiene regulations
- Assist in managing lounge stock levels and report supply needs
- Work collaboratively with the front‑of‑house and hospitality teams
Working pattern: 5 days out of 7 | Shift rota basis – will include early starts or late finishes.
