As a Hospitality and Events Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our service, supporting a wide range of corporate and high-profile events with professionalism, warmth, and precision. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about creating memorable moments through outstanding service.

  • Set up meeting rooms and refreshment stations to Lexington’s high standards
  • Welcome guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Assist with buffet-style lunches and dinners, ensuring presentation and service excellence
  • Support fine dining events, canapé receptions, and drinks services with finesse
  • Contribute to the success of high-profile functions and corporate events
  • Deliver premium hospitality services to clients and guests with attention to detail
  • Serve food and beverages with care, precision, and a smile
  • Maintain a polished, welcoming atmosphere across all event and meeting spaces
  • Uphold cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards at all times
  • Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures

Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days, 0-40 hours per week
