What you’ll be doing…

As a Hospitality Assistant you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.

  • Ensure the food is presented to the highest standard and is appealing to the customers
  • Working behind the bar and keeping up to speed with the fast paced environment.
  • Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of food and drinks and the use of the QR code for the clients
  • Be calm and composed in a busy working environment and hard working in a very fast paced environment
  • Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures

Working Pattern: 5 days over 7 / 40 hours per week

  • The shift patterns will vary in this role. The role is within Leeds Bradford Airport and with this in mind shifts will vary from 3am - 8pm. Hours of work will be 8 hours a day with half an hour unpaid lunch break and the hours will be a mixture of early and later shifts.
  • Weekend work will be required
