What you'll be doing… As a Room Manager, you will be at the heart of our matchday experience at Rangers FC, leading supervisors, frontline staff, and back-of-house teams to deliver excellent customer service, keep operations running smoothly, and drive sales in a fast-paced stadium environment.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings, supervise onsite staff, and keep team morale high throughout the shift.
- Oversee the setup, live service, and end-of-day close-down of your bar and lounge.
- Lead and support supervisors and frontline teams to ensure a smooth service.
- Support the training and development of new team members.
- Monitor stock levels to meet peak demand while keeping wastage to a minimum.
- Maintain high customer service standards throughout the event.
- Manage the smooth running of the room during busy periods and peak footfall.
- Ensure Health & Safety and company policies are followed at all times.
- Work closely with the wider management team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Working Pattern: This is a casual, event-day role, with shifts available throughout the season.
