What you’ll be doing…
- Ensuring your kiosk area is clean, well-presented, and fully stocked at all times
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the menu and any special offers to confidently assist customers
- Providing friendly, efficient service to customers throughout service periods
- Operating kiosk equipment safely and effectively, reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
- Using the till system accurately, following correct cash-handling and transaction procedures
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the kiosk, particularly during busy periods
