An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on building and developing strong client relationships, ensuring clients receive excellent service at every touchpoint. You will work closely with operations teams and internal support functions to support long‑term client partnerships and drive contract retention, contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the business.
You will be responsible for a diverse regional Business & Industry portfolio, gaining hands‑on experience and developing a strong understanding of our client base, with opportunities to broaden your expertise across wider retention activity as you progress.
What you’ll be doing…
- Retention pipeline management: Manage and maintain the annual retention pipeline across Elior divisions, including contract end dates, risk profiling, renewal activity, and reporting. Ensure accurate tracking of contract status, decision dates, and risk %, supporting delivery of annual renewal and retention targets set by Elior UK Leadership.
- Stakeholder engagement & governance: Hold regular meetings with Operations Directors/Managers to review activity, actions, and upcoming renewals. Collaborate with Operations and Support Services to optimise B2B offers for SME contracts based on client feedback and retention objectives.
- CRM & reporting oversight: Use CRM systems to record actions, monitor stakeholder input, and track contract vulnerability scores, ensuring timely intervention where required. Maintain up‑to‑date pipeline reporting through regular operational reviews.
- Client & site engagement: Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to review service standards and maintain strong relationships. Lead “Promises” meetings with key clients prior to contract end dates to review service and financial performance, agreeing and tracking follow‑up actions.
- Renewals & re‑bid support: Coordinate documentation for contract renewals and re‑bids within required timeframes, supporting re‑bid activity including preparation and attendance at client presentations where required. Influence presentation content and ensure appropriate stakeholders and materials are in place.
- Continuous improvement: Produce remedial action plans following client meetings and ensure actions are tracked to completion. Analyse win/loss outcomes to identify trends and implement improvements to future retention activity.
