What you’ll be doing…
As General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of an airport lounge, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, smooth operational performance, and strong financial results. This role leads all lounge staff, manages service standards, drives customer satisfaction, and maintains compliance with airport and company policies.
Operational Leadership:
- Manage all daily lounge operations, including front-of-house service, food & beverage delivery, housekeeping, and guest support.
- Ensure the lounge is consistently clean, safe, and aligned with brand standards.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching to support professional development.
- Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.
- Ensure all guests receive a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience.
- Handle escalated guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance checks, and operational reporting.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
- Maintain adherence to airport regulations, security procedures, and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and workplace health & safety requirements.
Partnership Management:
- Serve as primary liaison with airline partner, airport authorities, and service providers.
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and partner expectations are consistently met.
Working Pattern: 5 Shifts out of 7 per week.
