Working pattern: 5 days out of 7 | 37.5 hours per week | Including regular evenings and weekends.

Full Time Edinburgh, Scotland £45000 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead event‑day hospitality operations at a prestigious Large Venue near Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional large‑scale events, working in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment where no two days are the same. You’ll take ownership of the full operational delivery of hospitality across major events, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard while leading and developing a high‑performing team.

While the venue is based in the Edinburgh area, the role is easily commutable from across the Central Belt, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates based in and around Edinburgh and surrounding locations.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of event day hospitality operations
  • Planning and coordinating all operational elements including staffing, set‑up, and service delivery
  • Managing labour and operational budgets to ensure efficiency and cost control
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a large hospitality team
  • Delivering engaging event briefings and ensuring all team members are clear on expectations
  • Working closely with Sales, Kitchen, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of service, presentation, and timing across all events
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
  • Supporting event planning and client requirements to ensure outstanding customer experiences
