We’re looking for a dynamic, results‑driven sales professional to lead proactive business development, build strong client relationships, and convert high‑value enquiries into confirmed bookings. In this role, you’ll champion our unique, nature‑led event spaces to corporate clients, charities, and private buyers, positioning the Wetland Centre as London’s premier destination for standout conferences, meetings, and celebrations. What you'll do...
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and market development
- Respond to and convert inbound enquiries into confirmed event bookings
- Conduct venue tours and sales presentations
- Develop strong relationships with corporate bookers, agencies, local businesses & community organisations
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to raise venue awareness
- Manage CRM pipeline and provide sales reporting
- Work closely with on‑site operations and catering teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Achieve and exceed agreed revenue and activity targets
