What you’ll be doing…

  • Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the lounge, ensuring a premium guest experience
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of lounge hosts and service staff
  • Manage staffing, rotas, and performance to maintain operational efficiency
  • Ensure all food, beverage, and service areas are consistently presented to a high standard
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure stock levels and quality are maintained
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback, proactively resolving any issues
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and company policies
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and team engagement

Working pattern: 5 days out of 7
