What you’ll be doing... As General Manager, you will lead and inspire on-site teams while taking full accountability for operational excellence. You will recruit, induct, train, and support colleagues to consistently deliver a high-quality service to Elior UK, our clients, and customers.
- Motivating, developing, and managing a high-performing team
- Controlling and managing budgets to drive sustainable financial growth
- Building strong internal and external relationships, including client liaison and management reporting
- Leading operational excellence and contributing to innovative menu planning
- Ensuring full compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care
Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days | 40 Hours Per Week
