What you’ll be doing…
- Managing the day-to-day operations of kiosks, bars and retail concessions across Easter Road
- Leading, motivating and developing the team on matchdays and non-event days
- Overseeing stock management, ordering and merchandising to maximise sales
- Ensuring top-tier customer service and smooth, efficient operations
- Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and food hygiene
- Working closely with the hospitality and events teams to deliver brilliant fan experiences
- Using performance data and insights to continuously improve operations

- Proven experience in a Catering management or supervisory role
- A confident, positive people leader with a passion for customer experience
- Experienced in hospitality, retail, bars, stadiums or event operations
- Strong in stock management, cash handling and compliance
