What you’ll be doing…
- Shape a positive, welcoming dining experience where our students can enjoy fresh, nutritious meals
- Lead and inspire your talented team, creating a strong, supportive culture and high performing environment
- Take full ownership of the catering operation, ensuring a smooth, efficient service
- Drive standards across food quality, presentation and customer experience, making lunchtimes the highlight of the school day
- Manage stock, ordering and budgets effectively to keep the catering operation running efficiently and sustainably
- Champion food safety, hygiene and compliance, ensuring a safe, organised and well‑run environment
What can you bring?
- Proven experience in a Catering Manager or senior kitchen operation role
- Experience within an education setting is advantageous
- Excellent organisational and financial management abilities
- In‑depth knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
- A passion for delivering high‑quality food and service
- Commercial experience with the ability to manage budgets, stock and overall performance
