What you’ll be doing…

  • Plan, prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals that meet nutritional guidelines for primary-aged children
  • Cater for special dietary requirements and allergies, ensuring strict allergen management procedures are followed
  • Motivating and managing our team, allocating duties and ensuring effective teamwork
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health & safety at all times
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety legislation, policies, and school procedures
  • Manage stock control, ordering, storage, and rotation to minimise waste and control costs
  • Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
