Elior UK is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee 19 schools across Colchester, Essex, South London and Enfield, covering primary, secondary, SEN and all-through settings. You will lead multi-site teams, develop Site Managers and strengthen client relationships to drive consistently high standards.

Reporting into the regional structure, you will manage recruitment, training, budgeting and contractual delivery, ensuring mobilisation of contracts and robust operational performance.
