This role is within our Stadia division, serving fans and visitors at prestigious UK stadiums. We cater for matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets, with specialist teams adapting to client needs using locally sourced seasonal menus. We aim to bring choice, quality, and value for money at some of the UK's most prestigious sports venues.
The position is based at Rangers FC, working as part of the cellars and logistics team to assist in the lead-up to matchdays and on matchdays itself.
What you’ll be doing...
- Managing stock levels, responding promptly to stock requests
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of cellars
- Operating equipment safely, reporting issues
- Working efficiently and following company practices
- Recording stock movements accurately
- Monitoring draught dispense and gas cylinders, troubleshooting issues
- Rotating stock during unloading and stocking, recording wastage
- Ensuring stock and cellars are secure
- Providing excellent customer service, serving guests warmly and efficiently
Experience required:
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or bar environments
- Over 18 years old
- Attention to detail and punctuality
