Responsibilities

  • Ensure thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers and clients
  • Keep the kitchen area always clean, well presented and well‑stocked
  • Support the Chef(s) and maintain a high‑standard kitchen environment, including simple food prep duties when required
  • Operate kitchen equipment, report any maintenance issues in line with procedures
  • Operate the till point as required, using correct procedures
  • Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations and report incidents following procedures
