At Elior Stadia, we serve up epic matchday meals, gourmet hospitality, and fast, fresh stadium snacks - so fans can focus on the action while we handle the flavour. Based at Murrayfield Stadium, our largest flagship site within the Stadia division, this is a varied and customer-facing role at the heart of our matchday and event operations. As the contract caterer, Elior looks after fans and guests across matchdays, concerts, conferences and banquets, delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences while adapting to the needs of our client.

In this role, you'll work closely with our onsite client and external contractors, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient coordination of cellar and beverage stock across the stadium.

What you’ll be doing...

  • Receiving, checking and storing deliveries
  • Overseeing and assisting with deliveries
  • Stocking bars for events
  • Responsible for accurate stock counting, stock rotation and efficient stock organisation and storage
  • Cellar person during large scale events and their set-up
  • Assisting the bar manager with stock planning for events
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness both in the bars and in cellars
  • Complying with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety Legislation

Working Pattern: Casual position offering flexible working, with the opportunity to work full-time hours plus additional hours during campaigns.
