We're looking for energetic, reliable, and experienced Casual Bartenders to join our team at Easter Road Stadium. Working across busy bars, hospitality lounges, and event spaces, you'll play a key role in serving supporters and guests during Hibernian FC matchdays and a variety of events throughout the year. What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks quickly and accurately.
- Taking and processing card payments for drinks and food orders using EPOS systems.
- Working in high‑volume bars serving large numbers of supporters and guests.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times.
- Assisting with bar setup before matchdays and events.
- Restocking products, glassware, and supplies throughout service.
- Helping to ensure bars remain clean, organised, and fully stocked during trading periods.
- Supporting the team to keep queues moving and maintain efficient service during busy periods.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as required.
- Working across different bars and outlets throughout the stadium when required.
Bar Standards & Compliance
- Keeping workstations clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
- Adhering to all Scottish Licensing Laws and responsible alcohol service procedures.
- Following Challenge 25 policies and checking identification where required.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensuring all products are handled, stored, and served correctly.
- Reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors and managers promptly.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Confident working in busy, high‑volume environments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
