We're looking for energetic, reliable, and experienced Casual Bartenders to join our team at Easter Road Stadium. Working across busy bars, hospitality lounges, and event spaces, you'll play a key role in serving supporters and guests during Hibernian FC matchdays and a variety of events throughout the year. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and can maintain high standards while serving large volumes of customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks quickly and accurately.
  • Taking and processing card payments for drinks and food orders using EPOS systems.
  • Working in high‑volume bars serving large numbers of supporters and guests.
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times.
  • Assisting with bar setup before matchdays and events.
  • Restocking products, glassware, and supplies throughout service.
  • Helping to ensure bars remain clean, organised, and fully stocked during trading periods.
  • Supporting the team to keep queues moving and maintain efficient service during busy periods.
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties as required.
  • Working across different bars and outlets throughout the stadium when required.

Bar Standards & Compliance

  • Keeping workstations clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
  • Adhering to all Scottish Licensing Laws and responsible alcohol service procedures.
  • Following Challenge 25 policies and checking identification where required.
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Ensuring all products are handled, stored, and served correctly.
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors and managers promptly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Confident working in busy, high‑volume environments.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and team‑focused approach.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well‑presented.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays.
  • Knowledge of draught products and bar service is desirable but not essential.
