What you’ll be doing…
- As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face and first point of contact for our customers, providing helpful, prompt, and professional support.
- You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a positive experience, whether in person, over the phone, or online.
- Greet and assist customers with queries, purchases, or service requests.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Resolve complaints or elevate issues where appropriate.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment or service area.
- Process transactions, orders, and returns accurately.
- Keep up to date with company offerings and promotions.
- Support wider team with general administrative and operational tasks.
