As Hospitality Assistant Manager, you will support the Hospitality Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining high standards across all hospitality functions:
- Assist in managing the front-of-house and back-of-house hospitality operations.
- Support, motivate, and lead the hospitality team to deliver outstanding service.
- Ensure all events, functions, and daily operations are delivered to the highest standard.
- Help coordinate staffing, rosters, and shift planning to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitor quality control across food, service, and presentation standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients and guests, handling feedback professionally.
- Ensure health & safety, food hygiene, and company compliance policies are upheld.
- Contribute to training and development initiatives for team growth.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday
