This role sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our clients\’ needs with locally sourced seasonal menus. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team at Edmiston House Cafe. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve not only preparing coffee and other drinks but also ensuring that our customers have a delightful experience from the moment they enter our establishment.
What you\’ll be doing…
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and matchdays
Edmiston House is a state-of-the-art event facility used for concerts, events, and a fanzone on matchdays. It is also home to the Rangers Museum and gift shop. Edmiston House Cafe is open 7 days a week, all year round.
