Role Overview

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be the friendly face and first point of contact for customers, providing helpful, prompt, and professional support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a positive experience, whether in person, over the phone, or online.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with queries, purchases, or service requests
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Resolve complaints or escalate issues where appropriate
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment or service area
  • Process transactions, orders, and returns accurately
  • Keep up to date with company offerings and promotions
  • Support wider team with general administrative and operational tasks

Working pattern: 10:30 to 14:30 Monday – Friday, term time only.
