What you’ll be doing
As an Airport Lounge Hospitality Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operation of the lounge, helping to deliver a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for passengers travelling through the airport.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the smooth running of the airport lounge during busy operational periods
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout all lounge areas
- Supporting with food and beverage service, replenishment of stock, and clearing of tables
- Assisting with the receipt, storage, and rotation of deliveries and supplies in line with company procedures
- Providing excellent customer service and responding politely and professionally to passenger requests and queries
- Supporting colleagues across different lounge operations as required to ensure an efficient service
- Ensuring all work areas, equipment, and service stations are clean, safe, and fully stocked
- Following all food safety, COSHH, health & safety, and airport security procedures at all times
- Operating equipment and carrying out tasks safely and responsibly in line with training provided
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7, including weekends and early morning shifts. Shift patterns may vary in line with operational business needs.

What you can bring
- A flexible and proactive approach, with willingness to support across a variety of lounge duties
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of health & safety and hygiene practices
- A positive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
- Previous hospitality, catering, or customer service experience is desirable
Due to security checks required for this role, all candidates will be subject to a basic criminal record check and must be able to provide a continuous five-year checkable work history with verified gaps in employment.
