Responsibilities

Prepare and produce high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods under the supervision of a Head Pastry Chef.

Ensure all items are delivered on time as per hospitality bookings.

Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.

Store, label, and rotate all food items properly.

Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including allergen knowledge.

Collaborate with other chefs to create new dessert offerings.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef.
  • Excellent attention to detail able to consistently deliver beautiful products.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
  • Knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
