Overview
As an Assistant Catering Manager, you will support the Catering Manager in delivering excellent food service and hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day catering operations and staff supervision.
- Support the delivery of high-quality food and beverage service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with staff training, development, and performance monitoring.
- Support stock control, ordering, and budget management.
- Respond to customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and service delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team motivation.
Qualifications
- Experience in catering or hospitality management, ideally in a supervisory role.
