What You’ll Be Doing...
- Leading daily lounge operations across service, food & beverage, housekeeping, and guest support.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and premium environment aligned with brand and airport standards.
- Recruiting, training, and developing staff to ensure exceptional hospitality and strong team performance.
- Managing guest relations, resolving escalated issues, and driving continuous service improvements.
- Overseeing budgets, financial reporting, inventory control, and vendor management.
- Ensuring full compliance with airport regulations, security protocols, and health & safety requirements.
- Building strong partnerships with airline clients, airport authorities, and service providers to meet SLAs.
Working Pattern: Monday- Friday | 07:30 - 16:00
