Responsibilities

  • Ensure thorough and up‑to‑date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers and clients.
  • Maintain a clean, well‑presented and well‑stocked kitchen area.
  • Support the Chef(s), ensuring the kitchen environment meets high standards and assist with simple food prep duties when needed.
  • Be responsible for the smooth operation of relevant equipment, reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures.
  • Operate the till point as required, using correct procedures.
  • Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations, reporting incidents in line with procedures.

Qualifications

  • Essential catering experience.

5 days out of 7 | 30 hours per week

Salary

£19,881 (£12.71 per hour)
