Responsibilities
- Ensure thorough and up‑to‑date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers and clients.
- Maintain a clean, well‑presented and well‑stocked kitchen area.
- Support the Chef(s), ensuring the kitchen environment meets high standards and assist with simple food prep duties when needed.
- Be responsible for the smooth operation of relevant equipment, reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures.
- Operate the till point as required, using correct procedures.
- Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations, reporting incidents in line with procedures.
Qualifications
