Overview
Taylor Shaw – Great Food, Bright Futures. We support schools in King's Lynn and surrounding sites, delivering fresh, sustainable meals. Elior is committed to safeguarding children and colleagues, requiring a DBS check with Children’s Barred List for all shortlisted candidates.
Responsibilities
- Proactively support teams across multiple sites in King's Lynn, Huntingdon and Peterborough.
- Recruit, induct, train, and support colleagues to deliver efficient, high‑quality service.
- Motivate and manage teams across several sites.
- Control and manage the budget to drive financial growth.
- Ensure ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence and innovative menu planning.
- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in managing multiple teams.
- Chef background with ability to run commercial kitchens.
- Interest in customer service excellence.
- Strong team player, highly confident and positive.
- Self‑motivated and innovative.
- Experience managing sites and contract catering experience essential.
Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 2:00 pm, 35 hours per week, term time only.
