This full-time hybrid role will support local churches across a range of finance and compliance areas, including Gift Aid, insurance, banking, pensions, internal audit processes and finance officer training. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, sound financial experience and the ability to help churches navigate important processes with clarity and care.

The role is hybrid, with three days a week based at EIC Malvern and two days remote.

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000, dependent on experience and qualifications
