Job Description
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong stakeholder management and personal skills – the developer who fills this position will be the right-hand person to the Dev Manager so this role needs someone who has great people skills.
- Strong proficiency in Apex,Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting production issues and debugging across complex orgs.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns (REST & SOAP).
- Comfortable leading technical workshops and training sessions with end-users.
- Strong attention to detail, with a methodical approach to following processes and ensuring accuracy.
- Able to manage a varied workload, use initiative to solve problems, and identify areas for improvement.
- Clear communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
