Siamo alla ricerca di un Salesforce Analyst da inserire in un contesto in forte crescita, dove potrai lavorare su progetti sfidanti di trasformazione digitale per realtà enterprise. La figura sarà inserita all'interno di un team multidisciplinare e collaborerà a stretto contatto con stakeholder e sviluppatori per guidare l’analisi dei requisiti e la definizione di soluzioni innovative sulla piattaforma Salesforce.
Cosa farai:
- Analisi dei requisiti funzionali e raccolta bisogni dei clienti
- Definizione della roadmap progettuale e coordinamento attivitÃ
- Progettazione di soluzioni scalabili su Salesforce (Sales, Service, CPQ, ecc.)
- Collaborazione con il team tecnico per la corretta implementazione
Cosa ci aspettiamo da te:
- Esperienza in società di consulenza o system integration
- Conoscenza approfondita dei processi CRM (Sales e Customer Service)
- Autonomia nell’analisi e nella proposta di soluzioni Salesforce
- Capacità di gestione progetti e team in contesti Agile/Scrum
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
Nice to have (ma fanno la differenza):
- Esperienza con Salesforce CPQ, Vlocity o Marketing Cloud
- Conoscenza di Tableau CRM (ex Einstein Analytics)
- Certificazioni Salesforce (Admin, Sales/Service Consultant, CPQ, Tableau)
