We're recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow the South West for one of the world's leading manufacturers of access automation solutions. The Opportunity:
- You'll be responsible for driving profitable sales growth across an established territory, identifying new business opportunities while developing existing customer relationships.
- Working with installers, contractors, distributors, consultants and end users, you'll become the trusted expert for a market-leading portfolio of access automation products.
- You'll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, develop your own strategy and make a genuine commercial impact.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities across the South West
- Grow and maximise existing customer accounts
- Build long-term partnerships with key decision makers
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Produce quotations and commercial proposals
- Negotiate profitable business agreements
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical support
- Work closely with internal technical, marketing and customer service teams
- Identify market trends and competitor activity
- Deliver against ambitious but achievable sales targets

We're looking for someone with proven success in field sales who understands technical or specification-led selling. Ideally you'll have experience within:
