We are looking to recruit a pensions implementation consultant. You will either have performed the role previously or be a pension administration subject matter expert with excellent communication and project management skills.
What does that mean? We need someone who from the available documentation and consulting with key stakeholders can map an existing pension administration function into a new organisation, mapping business processes and business rules. You will understand the pension calculations required to fulfil the policy obligations using new systems and integrating the processes into a new environment. Once you map the way forward, you will have an integrated team of data, processing and pension administration professionals that will work closely with you to implement your strategy.
Responsibilities
- Map an existing pension administration function into a new organisation, mapping business processes and business rules from available documentation and stakeholder consultation.
- Understand the pension calculations required to fulfil policy obligations using new systems and integrate processes into a new environment.
- Lead an integrated team of data, processing and pension administration professionals to implement the strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience as a senior pension administrator or team leader.
- Knowledge of setting up and running processes for a pension administration team.
- Strong communication, listening and idea articulation skills.
- Experience in project work and a genuine depth of knowledge and understanding of pension administration.
