We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior IT Support Engineer to join a macOS-focused technology function. What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide high-quality, hands-on IT support to users across the business
- Act as a key point of escalation for more complex technical issues
- Support a predominantly macOS and Apple environment
- Administer and support Jamf Pro
- Manage MacBooks, iPhones and other Apple technology
- Support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Work with other technologies like Entra ID, Intune and endpoint management tools
- Support a smaller Windows environment where required
- Manage device provisioning, deployment, patching and lifecycle activities
- Support joiners, movers and leavers
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and user issues
- Maintain documentation and knowledge resources
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate repetitive tasks
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to more junior team members
- Work closely with users and colleagues in a highly visible, office-based role
What You Bring
- Strong commercial experience within IT support or end-user technology
- Excellent macOS / Apple support knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
- Experience with endpoint and device management
- Exposure to other technologies such as Intune and Entra ID
- The ability to support both Apple and Windows environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Confidence taking ownership of complex and escalated issues
- A collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge with others
