You will be joining a rapidly expanding iGaming and online casino company that is focused on delivering best-in-class entertainment experiences to players worldwide. The business is known for its innovation, transparency and strong focus on player satisfaction, and is recognised as a leading brand across sports betting and online casino, powered by a custom-built platform.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of key product areas across the online casino and gaming platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, compliance and commercial teams to define, build and optimise products that drive player engagement, revenue growth and regulatory excellence. This is a hands-on role where strategy meets delivery. You will be shaping the roadmap, prioritising features and ensuring products are launched smoothly, on time and with real player impact.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the product roadmap for key areas of the online casino and iGaming platform.
- Define clear product vision, goals and success metrics aligned with commercial and player objectives.
- Gather and translate business, regulatory and player requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering teams through the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery and iteration.
- Collaborate with UX, data, marketing and operations teams to optimise player journeys and engagement.
- Use data, player insights and market trends to inform prioritisation and product decisions.
- Ensure all product development aligns with regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
- Manage backlog prioritisation, sprint planning and stakeholder expectations.
- Support go-to-market planning for new features, games and platform enhancements.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance, retention and monetisation.
Required Experience & Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within the iGaming and Gambling sector.
- Strong understanding of online casino products, player behaviour and platform mechanics.
- Experience working with agile delivery teams and modern product development practices.
- Ability to balance commercial goals, player experience and regulatory constraints.
- Confident working with data, KPIs and player insights to drive decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Experience with B2C digital products is essential, iGaming or betting platforms strongly preferred.
