A well-known Conference organiser based in London is looking for a skilled Conference Co-ordinator to work on their International Conferences across several different B2B sectors. This London based events business produces B2B Conferences in the UK and globally, so you will be joining a well-known brand with a strong foothold in the events market.
Are you a Conference Co-ordinator with 1 to 18 months’ experience in B2B Conferences? Or maybe you come from an Association background, but you have some solid experience working on commercial events?
Responsibilities:
- Working with Venues and sourcing them
- Full Operations & Logistics
- Travel & Accommodation
- Dealing with contractors and suppliers
- Build up, running the event and break down
Qualifications:
- 1 to 18 months’ experience in B2B Conferences or relevant experience from an Association background.
Required Skills:
- Solid experience working on commercial events.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in working with international conferences.
Pay range and compensation package:
