We’re working with a growing consultancy delivering major mission-critical projects across the UK and Europe, and they’re looking for an Associate Mechanical Engineer to support continued growth within the sector.

What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll lead mechanical design delivery across large-scale Data Centre projects while acting as a senior point of contact for clients and internal teams.
  • Alongside project delivery, you’ll support resource planning, mentor engineers across multiple levels, contribute to business growth, and help maintain high technical standards across projects.

Key requirements

  • Extensive experience within mechanical building services design
  • Strong Data Centre or mission-critical project background
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and engineering teams
  • Comfortable managing client relationships and project delivery
  • Strong understanding of UK and international design standards
  • Experience using relevant design software including Revit and IES
  • Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • Chartered Engineer status preferred
