We are looking to recruit an experienced Data Engineer who has experience working on the implementation and development of Microsoft Fabric. In addition, you will need a wealth of SQL experience including in a Cloud environment, ideally Azure using ADF and/or Data Bricks.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute as a SQL Data Engineer on a Cloud data platform using ADF or similar product, with a focus on implementing and exploiting Microsoft Fabric functionality.
- Help improve data quality and data standards in an environment where effective data management is core to delivering real value.
- Experience of migrating data from legacy SQL and Power BI environments to Fabric is advantageous.
- Opportunities to play a key role in ongoing data management initiatives.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Extensive SQL experience including in a Cloud environment (Azure preferred) with ADF and/or Data Bricks.
- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience on a Cloud data platform using ADF or similar product.
Contract / Location:
This is initially a 6 month FTC with a real opportunity of becoming permanent. The role is hybrid with 2 days per week in our client's Leeds office.
