The Opportunity
We’re partnering with an established business operating across content, production and digital delivery to recruit an experienced IT Support Specialist. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a modern internal technology environment, combining hands‑on support with broader responsibility across endpoint management, infrastructure operations, systems administration, user enablement and security. A major focus of this role is managing and evolving a predominantly Apple‑based device estate through JAMF, ensuring devices, users and business systems remain secure, efficient and scalable. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, balancing operational excellence with continuous improvement and helping shape the future of internal technology services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Endpoint Management & Device Administration (JAMF)
- Own and administer the JAMF platform across device lifecycle management, compliance and user experience.
- Manage macOS deployment, enrolment, patching and policy administration.
- Configure software deployment workflows, automation and endpoint security controls.
- Support provisioning, onboarding and device refresh processes.
- Monitor endpoint health, performance and compliance.
- Partner with security tooling including JAMF Protect.
- User Support & Enablement
- Deliver day‑to‑day IT support across users, systems and business applications.
- Act as escalation support across 1st and 2nd line requests.
- Support onboarding, inductions and secure offboarding.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and collaboration platforms.
- Promote effective and secure technology usage across teams.
- Identity, Infrastructure & Security
- Administer identity and access platforms including Okta, Active Directory, Google Workspace and Adobe.
- Support Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
- Maintain networking and infrastructure services including VPN, DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP and firewalls.
- Contribute to security governance aligned to ISO 27001.
- Support monitoring, vulnerability management and remediation initiatives.
- Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Develop operational automation using Bash, Python and PowerShell.
- Maintain clear technical documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Essential
- Experience in IT Support, Systems Administration or Endpoint Engineering.
- Strong hands‑on JAMF administration experience.
- Proven macOS endpoint management capability.
- Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of Okta, Active Directory, AWS IAM and Google IAM.
- Networking and infrastructure troubleshooting experience.
- Google Workspace administration experience.
- Understanding of endpoint security and IT best practice.
- Nice to Have
- JAMF certifications.
- CompTIA, Google Workspace or AWS certifications.
- Experience within creative, media or production environments.
- Exposure to CGI / 3D applications (C4D, Maya, V-Ray, After Effects).
