Our client is an award-winning, international multidisciplinary consultancy renowned for their expertise in low-energy design and world-leading technical solutions. They are a primary partner for the global digital infrastructure market, helping clients realise ambitious zero-carbon targets across the entire building lifecycle. Due to continued expansion within the EMEA region, they are seeking a high-calibre Senior ICT & Security Engineer to join their growing UK team.
As a Senior Engineer, you will take a lead role in the development and coordination of complex ICT and security installations. This is a client-facing position where you will manage medium-sized projects, ensuring technical excellence and financial performance from inception to completion.
- Project Leadership: Manage the full project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, fee bids, and cost/profit diagnosis.
- Technical Design: Lead the design and coordination of ICT/Security systems, equipment, and facilities.
- Quality & Delivery: Support project delivery in line with internal QA/QC processes and technical review standards.
- Mentorship: Oversee the technical accuracy of work produced by Trainee, Graduate, and junior Engineers. Prepare comprehensive project reports for management and external stakeholders, modifying schedules and plans as required.
The ideal candidate will be a technically robust engineer with a proven track record in ICT infrastructure and a consultative approach to project delivery.
A degree in an appropriate ICT Infrastructure or Engineering discipline.
Experience: 5–10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained within a multi-disciplinary consultancy, ICT specialist firm, or network systems integrator.
Project History: Demonstrable experience in ICT infrastructure, building fit-outs, and migration projects.
