We’re an independent, creative company looking for a talented Database Developer to join our London-based technology team. You’ll help maintain and evolve a custom-built, business-critical data platform that underpins everything from legacy operations to modern digital delivery.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in our London office (typically Tuesday–Thursday).

  • Translate feature requests into efficient, scalable database solutions
  • Support testing and ongoing improvements to the data platform
  • Monitor performance and implement iterative enhancements
  • Work closely with business users to understand and interpret data needs

5+ years' experience in SQL/database development.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in data-heavy creative or media industries
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, and S3

25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and a Christmas office closure.
