We're recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow the South West for one of the world's leading manufacturers of access automation solutions.
Opportunity
- You will drive profitable sales growth across an established territory, identify new business opportunities, and develop existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across the South West
- Grow and maximise existing customer accounts
- Build long‑term partnerships with key decision makers
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Produce quotations and commercial proposals
- Negotiate profitable business agreements
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical support
- Work closely with internal technical, marketing and customer service teams
- Identify market trends and competitor activity
About You
- Proven success in field sales with technical or specification‑led selling.
- Experience within one or more of the following: Access Automation, Automated Gates, Traffic Barriers, Entrance Systems, Access Control, Physical Security, Parking Solutions.
- Commercially astute, self‑motivated and passionate about winning new business while delivering exceptional customer service.
