The Role – Business Services Administrator
- As a Business Services Administrator, you’ll be a key point of contact for tenants and internal teams, providing essential administrative support across the business.
- Acting as a Customer Service Administrator, handling inbound calls and emails.
- Logging all communications accurately on internal systems.
- Scheduling engineer appointments for safety checks and maintenance.
- Providing administrative support to Contract Managers.
- Updating and maintaining customer portals.
- Responding to queries from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring all administrative processes are followed correctly.
- Supporting wider admin tasks across the team.
