You will have total autonomy to work from home, with the support of our team remotely with in-person meet ups available.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules (specifically ITSM and ITOM).
- Hands-on Development: Writing clean, performant JavaScript, developing Service Portals, and creating sophisticated Workflows / Flow Designers.
- CMDB & Discovery: Owning the health of the CMDB. Configuring Discovery schedules, Service Mapping, and ensuring our infrastructure data (including Data Centre assets) is 100% accurate.
- Integrations: Building and maintaining robust integrations using IntegrationHub, Spoke, and REST / SOAP APIs to connect ServiceNow with tools like Flexera, SCCM, and Azure.
- Platform Governance: Managing clones, upgrades (keeping us on the "N-1" path), and ensuring best-practice development to minimize technical debt.
- Experience: 4 years of ServiceNow consultancy or high-level administration experience.
- Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a must. Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or Discovery is highly preferred.
- Scripting: Expert-level JavaScript (Glide API) and experience with HTML / CSS for Portal work.
- ITOM Knowledge: Proven experience with Discovery, MID Servers, and Service Mapping—essential for our infrastructure-heavy environment.
- Consultative Mindset: The ability to tell a stakeholder "no" (and explain why a different out-of-the-box approach is better for long-term stability).
- Truly Remote: No "mandatory office days." We trust you to deliver from your home office.
